Went to the - I am completely blanking on the name as I type, but it's where you play golf without playing golf, like - the driving range today with my family, somewhere we haven't visited in approximately one hundred years. Not because any of us are good at golf or have any actual idea how to play, and more for the fun of trying to hit a ball so hard you almost fall over the edge. Got burger king afterwards, and then went to the pet shop to stare autistically at the degus for a while. Had a good time.

I can feel nostalgia sneaking up behind me as I write this, actually. There's no more play area in that burger king, and the shop doesn't have a section for budgies anymore, and I get the left handed clubs now instead of just using the right. What the hell is that one quote. The more everything changes, the more it stays the same? It's nice :]. I forget how nice it is to go places, sometimes, somewhere other than the park or the doctors or the library. I'm endlessly, hopelessly endeared by falling back in love with the world again after every minor upset. You have a boring day or a few more than that, and you grow accustomed to the thought that it's always been this dull and will continue to do so; and then!
